Currently, the header buttons are "Join Us" and "Donate"; the former leads to a dedicated "Join Us Page" (partial for the page here, component for the joining benefits bit here, the donate box here). The latter presently does nothing.

Questions:

What should the copy on the "Join Us" page look like?
- Do we have a "Why join?" section as we do now?
- What should the donate box look like? Are the tiers cool?
What should the "Donate" button do, if anything? Should it exist?
